China's Business Climate Index Gains in Q2, But Entrepreneurs' Confidence Dips

China's business climate index, a major measure of macro-economic outlook, rose slightly by 3.0 points in the second quarter from the previous quarter while the entrepreneurs' confidence softened 2.5 points to 133, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said Friday.
