Indonesia's economic growth slowed in the first quarter of this year, the Central Statistics Agency reported yesterday, reined in by sluggish exports.
Gross domestic product expanded 6.3 percent year-on-year in the first quarter, slower than the 6.5 percent in the fourth quarter of 2011, it said. But GDP rose 1.4 percent from a quarter earlier, compared with a 1.3 percent drop then.
