ICBC has recently rolled out a new online fast service for small payment - ICBC e Payment. The new service enables customers to make small payments for online shopping or other e-commerce activities. At present, all ICBC e-commerce merchants can offer ICBC e Payment service for customers to pay in small amount online.

ICBC personal customers, as long as they have accounts opened in ICBC and supplied mobile phone number at the counter are welcomed to sign up and use "ICBC e Payment" service online. No need to sign up Internet Banking, apply for USB-Shield or install any ActiveX and driver. Just sign up the new service at ICBC web portal or during B2C payment, use "mobile No. + last 6 digits of bank A/C No. (A/C No. alias) + dynamic password" for identification and complete the small online payment. Currently, ICBC e Payment is mainly for making one small payment under RMB 500. If it is necessary to make a large payment, choose ICBC's Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or Telephone Banking to continue.

Moreover, the mobile dynamic password is binding with the transaction factor, one password each time for higher security; When signing up the service, customers have the option to set the reserved verification information for identification of fraudulent payment webpage. Other unique features such as account alias and payment limit adjustment are some of the all-inclusive measures to protect the money of customers.
