The Seventh China Capital Market Annual Conference was held in Beijing on November 11 at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. This year, ICBC took the "Golden Tripod Award" to listed companies again. ICBC is the only listed bank to receive the award for the fourth consecutive year.

Sponsored by the Securities Daily for the China's securities markets, China Capital Market Annual Conference is an annual summit which acts as a platform for the senior executives in the industry to establish dialogue, shares views and create value. The theme of this year's conference is "At the Historic Starting Point - Transformation • Innovation • Change • Challenge". Industry insiders from the government regulatory departments, financial institutions, research institutions and listed companies gathered to discuss many major topics covering the progress and change in the China's economy and capital market during the post-financial crisis era, the reform and transformation in listed companies. Guest speakers were Jiang Zhenghua, the Vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, former Chairmen of China Securities Regulatory Commission Zhou Daojiong and Zhou Zhengqing.
