ICBC WeHotel Credit Card is a co-branded card product jointly launched by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC”) and WeHotel, the Internet room booking platforms of Jin Jiang International Group. ★About the Product
ICBC WeHotel Credit Card (the “Co-branded Card”) is a personal RMB credit card bearing the logo of China UnionPay (magnetic stripe and PBOC non-contact chip card). The Co-branded Cards include platinum cards and gold cards, which are valid for 10 years.
Within a year of card use, the gold card will have its master and sub-cards exempted from the annual fee by swiping five times or up to RMB5,000; and within a year of card use, the platinum card will have its master and sub-cards exempted from the annual fee by swiping up to RMB200,000.

I.Premier Hotel Booking Courtesies
i. RMB100 coupon for card activation
From now to December 31, 2019, successful card applicants can get a coupon worth RMB100 (including RMB50 voucher for hotel booking via WeHotel and RMB50 voucher for purchase via mall.plateno.com). And they can become the WeHotel We (classic card) members and have a 5% discount on room booking via WeHotel.
Note: The WeHotel-based voucher will be granted to the WeHotel account which is bound to the mobile phone number of the cardholder in the month immediately after the successful card application. The cardholder can use the vouchers when making his/her online payment for hotel booking (excluding hourly rate hotel room) over WeHotel platforms (including Jin Jiang/Plateno Trip APP, Jin Jiang Travel WeHotel WeChat public account, and Plateno Club WeHotel WeChat public account, the same below). The vouchers shall be used by the cardholders only. Please see the descriptions on the vouchers in the account for detailed rules on how to use them.
ii. Free accommodation for specified hotel stays
From now to December 31, 2019, the platinum cardholders can stay one night at an economy hotel for free if they have lived at WeHotel rooms for 10 nights; and the gold cardholders can stay one night at an economy hotel for free if they have lived at WeHotel rooms for 15 nights. Each cardholder can enjoy the promotion for up to five times each year.
Note: The cardholders need to book a hotel (excluding hourly rate hotel room) via WeHotel, and leaving the hotel after one-night stay. The one-night stay using vouchers cannot be accumulated. When the cardholders have lived in hotels for specified numbers, they can get the one-night free accommodation. Please see the announcement on the Jin Jiang/Plateno Trip APP for how to add the free hotel stays and the applicable hotels.
iii. Bonus points for hotel payment
From now to December 31, 2019, the cardholders can convert their bonus points with ICBC to WeHotel bonus points at a ratio of 20:1 in the WeHotel column of ICBC e Life APP.
iv. Exclusive discount package
From now to December 31, 2019, the cardholders is entitled to buying the RMB899-worthy package of 10,000 bonus points of WeHotel and one-year We Gold Card membership at a discount price of RMB498 in the WeHotel column of ICBC e Life APP.
II.Carefree Financial Courtesies
i. Account safety insurance
From now to December 31, 2019, account safety insurance of ICBC credit cards is an insurance service provided by the Bank for qualified credit card holders to safeguard the safety of their cards. During the insurance period, if your ICBC credit cards are lost, stolen, copied, or you are coerced to hand ICBC credit cards to someone else to use, or disclose the bank card number and password to others, as a result of which, your ICBC credit card encounters loss of funds due to stealing or transfer by others through bank counter, ATM, POS terminal, or online transaction, for transactions made 120 hours before the loss reporting, the insurance company will provide you with insurance compensation.
ii. Grace period
The cardholders can have a grace period of three days for repayment. That is, if they make repayment within three days of the due day, they shall be deemed to have repaid on time.
iii. Tolerance
The tolerance of current-period repayment is RMB10. That is, if the un-repaid portion for the last bill is RMB10 or less when the grace period (due day and grace period) becomes mature, this shall be deemed to have repaid in full amount.
Tips:
Article 3 “Special Interest Calculation” of the Contract on (Personal) Phony Credit Card Application and Use is applicable to the ICBC WeHotel Credit Cards. Specifically, a cardholder who failed to repay the current-period repayable in full amount on or before the due day shall pay interest on the overdraft (including the repaid portion) from bank’s bookkeeping day to the repayment day.
III.Warm Business Trip Courtesies
i. Access to VIP lounges at airports and high-speed railway stations
From now to December 31, 2019, services offered by ICBC at airports and high-speed railway stations are upgraded again. Customers holding qualified ICBC WeHotel Platinum Cards are entitled to VIP lounges at airports and high-speed railway stations across the world. The remaining available points can also be used to redeem multiple travel services (such as airport meal ticket, quick security check channel, pick-up/send-off and valet parking and car-taking).
ii. High-amount insurance
1. Air-travel accident insurance
From now to December 31, 2019, the holders of ICBC WeHotel Platinum Card, by activating the card successfully, can get the air-travel accident insurance at an amount of RMB4 million from ICBC for free.
2. Traveling inconvenience insurance
From now to December 31, 2019, if the platinum WeHotel card holders purchasing air tickets through swiping cards encounter flight delay, baggage delay and baggage missing, they can apply for insurance compensation.
