To provide you with better services, our bank will perform system upgrades and maintenance on September 21, 2025. During this period, certain service functions will be suspended. The details are as follows:
We will upgrade the Acquiring Business System from 4:00 AM to 4:20 AM on September 21 . During this period, the following services will be suspended: aggregate payment (merchant-presented QR code) transactions, ICBC e-Payment, cardless payments, and online acquiring services.
We will upgrade the Retail Business Operation Management System from 4:00 AM to 4:40 AM on September 21. During this period, the e-Wallet functions via channels including the "ICBC Customer Service" WeChat Official Account, "ICBC Service" WeChat Mini Program, and Xingnongtong APP, as well as the debit card application function on the "ICBC Customer Service" WeChat Official Account, will be temporarily suspended.
We will upgrade the Card Organization Payment System from 4:00 AM to 4:40 AM on September 21. During this period, the following services will be suspended: UnionPay omni-channel services (including new cardless services), facial recognition payments, UnionPay Gateway B2O acquiring transactions, UnionPay Gateway B2C/B2B acquiring transactions, one-click card binding/unbinding in the Cloud QuickPass App, UnionPay risk monitoring services (“Crystal Ball”), and UnionPay QuickPass acquiring services.In addition, services provided by NetsUnion and Wanlian, including traditional purchase transactions, pre-authorization, pre-authorization confirmation, ATM cash withdrawals, and account verification, will also be suspended.
Except for the services mentioned above, all other channels, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Self-service Terminals, Call Center Bank Service, and Bank-Enterprise Connectivity, will remain available during the system upgrade.
