From IE menu, click "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> “Security" -> "Internet" -> "Custom Level", make following settings for ActiveX/plugin:

A. Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls: Enable
B. Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting: Enable
C. Initialize and Script ActiveX controls not marked as safe: Prompt
D. Binary and script behaviours : Enable
E. Only allow approved domains to use ActiveX controls without prompt: Enable
F. Download unsigned ActiveX controls: Prompt
G. Download signed ActiveX controls: Prompt
H. Allow scriptlet: No change to the default setting
I. Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt: Disable
J. Run ActiveX controls and plugins: Enable
K. Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player: No change to the default setting
