Customer Service: A group of functions to manage customer information, password, certificate of Internet Banking and customize individual settings. Certificate Management: it is a group of functions to provide certificate management and maintenance and download tool software for U Shield.

Personal customer certificate self-help download: please select correct CSP with reference of the instructions. If you can't select CPS and your IE version is IE6+SP1 (click here）to check version of IE),please install Q323172 Patch.

The pull-down menu will list CSP for your selection （Cryptographic Service Provider）。 To use smart card reader or other equipment, please choose appropriate CSP. Generally, CSP key provide by Microsoft under IE 5.0 Version is less than 56 digits. To ensure safety, you are suggested first downloading upgrade package to raise the length of the key to 128 digits. If you use an IE under IE3.0, there will be no pull-down menu and the system will use default CSP.

Password of certificate media can be set by the customer itself. Please set a 6-8-digit password. The password can be a combination of any alphabets and numbers.

1. This function is a service to download your Personal Certificate into USBKEY after you applied for a Personal Customer Certificate at ICBC Business Office and bought USBKEY. 2. Before downloading your Personal Certificate, please install all the necessary system patches and USBKEY drives in your computer. Related software can be obtained from the Customer Certificate Installation Disk that comes with USBKEY or download from ICBC website. 3. When downloading your Personal Certificate, please ensure your USBKEY is connected with your computer. 3. When downloading your Certificate, password of the Certificate is 12345678. After downloading, you can change the password through "Personal Customer Certificate Password Reset".
