Wang Lili Has Been Named as the Executive Director of ICBC

April 21 - China Banking Regulatory Commission announced the approval of nomination of Madam Wang Lili for the post of Executive Director of ICBC. Madam Wang Lili begins her tenure on April 21, 2010.

Wang Lili joined ICBC in November 2000 as the Senior Executive Vice President. Currently Wang Lili represents China on the APEC Business Advisory Council, is a member of the APEC Women Leaders' Organization and serves on the board of directors of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association. Madam Wang Lili is also the Vice President of the China Chamber of International Commerce, Vice Chairman of the ICBC (Asia) Limited, Chairman of the ICBC (London) Limited, Vice President of the International Finance Association of China, Vice President of the National Debt Association of China and Non-Executive Director of the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange. Wang Lili graduated from the Nankai University and received her MBA in International Finance from University of Birmingham, UK.
