service. Then, you can get immediate short message alerts once
transactions happened in your accounts mastering your fund changes
anytime and anywhere.
 Real
time short messages, knowing every change any time and anywhere
Deposit or withdrawal, transfer or remittances, card spending
or asset managing, you will immediately receive mobile short
message alerts once transactions happened in your accounts.
For example: "ICBC Messenger: Your Peony Money Link Card with
the end number XXXX has been credited RMB 10.00 through Internet
Banking on 1st at 09:59......Please call 95588" .
Easy to apply, Service on one's own
You can immediately open Balances Change Reminding Service through
Internet Banking, Telephone Banking or go to business offices
of ICBC.
1.Internet Banking
You can log on
ICBC "Banking@Home" Personal Internet Banking (Chinese Version),
choose "ICBC Messenger", click "Accept Agreement" to sign ICBC
Messenger Service Agreement. Thereafter, choose "Balance Changes
Reminding" in "Messenger Service Customization" and follow the
instructions step by step. This service will be opened after
completing the procedures.

If you have already customized ICBC Messenger Service, you can directly click "Enquiry/Change/Cancel Information Service", choose "Balance Changes Reminding", follow the instructions to easily open the service.

2.Telephone Banking
Now you can dial ICBC customer service number 95588 at any time and the switch to manual service to ask for Messenger Service, our Call Representative will open Balance Change Reminding Service for you.
3.Business Office
If having Peony International Card, Credit Card or Quasi Credit Card, you can go to Business Office of ICBC to fill in "ICBC Peony Card Service Application Form" with your valid identity card and Peony Card. The teller will then open Balance Change Reminding Service for you.
Special Notice
Short Message Numbers that ICBC used to send Balance Change Reminding are: (China Mobile) 62019558 and (Unicom) 9508 or 7010. Once you receive short message reminding, please check the number that sends the short messages and its content. If having any doubt, please call ICBC customer service 95588 immediately. Do not disclose the number and password of your Peony Card and other personal information to unidentified person through telephone, email, short message or web site.
