I. Event:
"2012 Splendid Reward" -An ICBC Promotion on Constant Dollar Plan

II. Event Objective:
Encourage fund investors to establish a long-term investment philosophy and actively sign up the ICBC service to buy fund regularly.

III. Product Range: 
ICBC funds under the Constant dollar Plan.

IV. Promotion Period:
All the statutory fund trading days in 2012.

V. Details:
During the promotion period, investors are entitled to 20% discount on the handling charge when buying funds under constant dollar plan.

VI. Important:
1. New and old customers are all welcome to join the promotion. For old customers who enjoy discount offered in “long-term investment” promotion before this, they are entitled to 20% discount on the handling charge when buying funds during the promotion period. They will continue to enjoy the former discount percentage after this promotion ends.
2. The above discount offer is not applicable for buying funds not in the promotion period and out of the product range offered here, nor applicable for unsuccessful fund purchase due to breach of contract by customers during the promotion period.
3. Discount offered in this promotion does not apply to the back-end load of the above funds.
4. For handling charges, 20% discount (actual rate = original rate x 0.8) if the original rate (including graded rate) is higher than 0.6%. However, the actual rate cannot lower than 0.6% after discount; Charges will be based on original rate if the original rate (including graded rate) is lower than 0.6%.
