To thank for all the support and concern, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited ("ICBC") and fund houses are pleased to announce to continue offering discounts to "Banking@Home" users for buying open-end funds online through Internet Banking.

I. For Who:
Retail investors who choose to buy open-end funds through ICBC Internet Banking channels: "Banking@Home" (Personal Internet Banking), Personal Mobile Banking (WAP), Personal Telephone Banking.

II. Funds and Period:
Discount offered on any fund bought through ICBC Internet Banking from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 (ending at the statutory trading hours of the day).

III. Details:
During the promotion, 20% discount on the fee for open-end funds bought online through ICBC Personal Internet Banking, Personal Mobile Banking (WAP) or Personal Telephone Banking.
If the original rate (include graded rate) is not less than 0.6%, the actual rate cannot lower than 0.6% after discount. All charges will be based on the original rate if the original rate (include graded rate) is lower than 0.6% (inclusive). Details on the charges should refer to the legal documents or the latest announcements from fund houses concerned.

IV. Important:
1. ICBC reserves the right of final interpretation on the announcement. Investors are recommended to read carefully all the legal documents (contract, prospectus) supplied from the fund house concerned. 
2. Discounts during the promotion are only applicable to charges for front-end load funds in the normal period, not for back-end load funds, not applicable to fees when subscribing funds in the offering period, not for any fee and charges on funds in defined fund installment plan and for conversion.
3. Whether the promotion will be continued is a decision between ICBC and fund houses. Announcement will be made in due course.
