1. During the promotion period, for remittances to other banks outside Mainland China via ICBC Personal Internet Banking, discount to customer of VIP Banking - 20% for General members, 30% for Silver members, 40% for Gold members; 40% discount on the remittances to ICBC branches outside Mainland China via Mobile Banking. 
2 .During the promotion period, no fee for opening savings T-bond A/C or certificate T-bond A/C via Personal Internet Banking or Mobile Banking

III. Sign up

We recommend you to sign up Personal Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking at the same time so that you can enjoy the faster and more convenient electronic banking services. Options as below:

Option I: At the counter
Apply in person at any ICBC outlet using your valid identity document and ICBC A/C, sign up ICBC Personal Internet Banking, Mobile Banking (WAP) or Personal Telephone Banking, and apply for a USD-Shield or other authentication medium as well. 

Option II: Through self-service
1. Personal Internet Banking: Click here to register.
2. Mobile Banking: Use your mobile phone to logon wap.icbc.com.cn, or at your computer, logon www.icbc.com.cn and register.
3. Personal Telephone Banking: Call 95588 to register.

Note: To protect the money in your account, you can only make enquiry if you register through self-service. If you need to transfer money, you have to go to ICBC outlet to sign up the services.
