Journal of Modern Finance (CN 10-2007/F; ISSN 2097-5481) is an academic journal under the supervision of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, co-sponsored by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited and the China Modern Finance Society, and serves as the official journal of the China Modern Finance Society.

Journal of Modern Finance is a highly influential domestic academic journal. For consecutive years, it has been indexed in multiple authoritative evaluation systems, including the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI), A Guide to the Core Journals of China, A Guide to the Humanities & Social Science Core Journals in China, RCCSE Chinese Academic Journals (Category A), and Chinese Core Journals of Science and Technology (Social Science Edition). It is also among the first batch of finance journals included in the FMS Journal Rating Guide and has been honored as an "Excellent Chinese Academic Journal with International Influence."

The journal is published monthly, priced at RMB 50 per issue, with an annual subscription fee of RMB 600.
