I. Introduction Self-Service Payment is a function which facilitates you to pay bills of mobile phone, telephone, water, gas and electricity for yourself or others.
II. Target Client Clients who are in need of paying bills of telephone, mobile phone, water, electricity and gas for themselves or others.
III. Features You can choose either the nation-wide or local payment service. You can also inquire the online payment and transaction details of all kinds of nation-wide services with ICBC as the agency.
IV. Application Condition 1. You can use the Self-Service Payment function through Internet Banking after you sign up for ICBC Personal Internet Banking. 2. You can use the Self-Service Payment function if you have signed up for ICBC Telephone Banking. If you have not signed up for Telephone Banking, you can also use ICBC current deposit book for the payment. 3. If you have signed up for ICBC Mobile Phone Banking (SMS), you can easily complete payment of telephone and mobile phone bills for yourself or other through SMS. Currently, clients in Beijing can enjoy this service, and it will be launched gradually in other regions of China. Please consult the local ICBC branch for details. 4. If you have signed up for ICBC Mobile Phone Banking (WAP), you can pay the bills through your mobile phone.
V. Sign up You should bring your valid ID card and ICBC bank card to any ICBC branch, fill in the "Application Form of ICBC E-Banking Personal Account Registration " to sign up for Personal Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Mobile Phone Banking (SMS), and Mobile Phone Banking (WAP), and then open the function of Self-Service Payment. You can also log on ICBC website to sign up for Personal Internet Banking, Mobile Phone Banking (SMS), and Mobile Phone Banking (WAP), or call 95588 for Telephone Banking self-registration.
Ⅵ. Service Channel and Time Personal Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Mobile Phone Banking, and Self-Service Terminal provide you with 7×24 hours of round-the-clock services.
Ⅶ. Considerations 1. Customers using USB-Shield and code card are restricted by transaction limit. For details, see Rules for Personal Internet Banking Transactions>>(Chinese Version). 2. Please refer to the Telephone Banking Transaction Rules(Chinese Version) for the payment limit of Telephone Banking. 3. When using Mobile Phone Banking (SMS) services for bill payment, ICBC will transfer the money from your default account of payment card. If you do not forward the SMS to "95588", it will lead to the failure of your transaction. 4. Please go to ICBC branch for invoice, or you can print it through self-service equipment.
