V. Sign up Binding specific phone numbers: please go to any ICBC branch to bind specific phone numbers for telephone payment (you can bind up to 4 phone numbers, either fixed telephone or mobile phone).

E-Commerce Platform: the online shopping mall platform that provides services of e-commerce, such as websites, business call centers, etc. 2.Binding Model: clients of the binding model can call 95588 through the binding phone for direct order payment. You can leave phone numbers (up to 4, either fixed telephones or mobile phone) at ICBC counter. 3. Non-Binding Model: for clients of the non-binding model, the system will check, upon payment confirmation, whether the phone number you set for online mall shopping is in accordance with the phone number you use to call 95588. If not, the payment cannot be completed.
