I. Introduction This is a short-term loan for small enterprises who accept orders from the purchasers and do not use L/C to settle. ICBC takes the expected account receivables as the first repayment source. Borrower uses the loan to cover the cost of raw material, production and transportation prior to shipment of the goods.
II. Target Clients Small enterprises with stable business with the downstream purchasers, good products, good services, in need of funds to complete the sales transactions.
III. Features and Advantages 1. Wide service range, applicable to orders not settled through L/C, cover all major settlement options; 2. Loan in advance for funding production and inventory required before selling the goods and getting the right of account receivables; 3. High loan amount, 70% or 100% (maximum) of the order amount; 4. Long loan tenure, up to 6 months, fund entirely the production and inventory required.
IV. Application Conditions 1. Loan card issued by the People's Bank of China and registered under administrative department of industrial and commerce (except where not required by People's Bank of China). Annual inspection has been completed; 2. Legal and valid purchase orders placed by the corporate companies, public corporate entities, government or army; 3. Orders at least meet the basic requirements stated in Contract Law, comply with commercial practices and industry specification; 4. Merchandizes in the orders are main goods sold by the company, raw material or products required by the purchaser for production or business; 5. Borrower and purchaser open primary settlement account or general settlement account in ICBC, good credit; 6. Good products, good services, over two years of stable buyer-supplier relationship with the purchaser, good record of goods delivery and revenue collection pursuant to the contract; 7. Purchaser has normal production, good management, able to repay debt, enough cash to pay the purchased goods in full amount on the due date.
