Overview Low-risk Acceptance of Bank Acceptance Draft means that ICBC accepts the bank acceptance draft it issues to meet the payment demand of the customer based on an authentic and legal transaction as long as the customer provides low-risk guarantee. Low-risk guarantee methods include full-margin, CD pledge and bank acceptance draft pledge.
II. Target Customers Quality corporate customers with good credit standing, formalized business management and a lot of bill settlement volume.
III. Features and Advantages i. Changes bill amount and term based on the requirement of the customer, vitalizes existing assets, reduces interest expenses, enhances fund utilization efficiency and cuts financing cost; ii. Flexible switch between physical bill and electronic bill to facilitate financial management and meet diversified demand of the customer; iii. No loss in the interest of guarantee object. The financing cost can be reduced to enhance the capital utilization.
V. Required Documents i. Application Form of Low-risk Acceptance of Bank Acceptance Draft ii. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate and loan card of the applicant (required for the first application, change and annual examination); iii. Original and copy of contract; iv. Power of attorney, copy of identity document of legal representative, original and copy of identity document of entrusted agent; v. Original and copy of low-risk collateral like CD or bank acceptance draft for non-full margin guarantee; vi. Audited balance sheet and income statement in the previous year and balance sheet and income statement in the current year; vii. Other documents required by the ICBC Bills Discounting Department and branches.
