This is a new remote service channel launched by ICBC for credit card customers with services available around the clock. If you wish to ask for credit card details, further information or subscribe services, just send a SMS to 95588.

Operation Guidelines
◆ To ask for credit card details, send questions to 95588, the service is free of charge.

◆ To ask for further information and subscribe services, sign up SMS Banking service when you use the service first time, then send SMS in fixed format to 95588.

Friendly Reminder
1. "4001195588" is a special service line for credit card customers to set password for SMS Banking. When you use the service to ask for further information and subscribe services for the first time, follow the SMS instructions, call "4001195588" for identification and set the password.

2. Currently ICBC SMS Banking is only available to all mobile users of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, not for PAS users. Signing up SMS Banking is free of charge.

3. No need to sign up SMS Banking if your credit card binds with ICBC e-password device. When you ask for further information and subscribe services, send a SMS in fixed format and enter the dynamic password. Eg, to look up amount repaid, send a SMS in the following format - "Check repayment amount#card No.#dynamic password (password device)".
